Loren is a CNS and Dementia Education Co-ordinator working in a dementia specific acute medical ward. With a background in Gerontology, Loren has worked in a variety of roles in residential care and acute care settings. Loren is dedicated to improving dementia care in the acute care setting and is a ‘Dementia Champion’ attached to the Eastern Australia Dementia Training and Study Centre. Loren is currently enrolled in a Masters of Gerontology and Rehabilitation Studies at the University of Wollongong.
